Allowing things to take their time

When we point at what we love, it is a way of knowing what it is we can or do love of ourselves.

Where are our Elders? The wise, calm, benevolent ones that help us feel safe in the world.

Rather than a unified, coherent individual, humans are more like a ship steered by a whole crew of frequently opposing forces. 

If the heart were truly allowed to lead - what would it do? What would it say? What advice would it give on our individual healing?
